Photo Restoration Process

Step One - Evaluation and Quote

To show us your images you can:

Scan your images to our specifications and email them to: photorestoration@cybertorpedo.com.
Call 678-766-1787 to arrange a meeting.
Mail (FedEx preferred) the images to:
CyberTorpedo
2341 Sawmill Road
Marietta GA 30064.

Once we see the images and consult with you, we can evaluate your needs and give you a quote.

Step Two - Scanning and Restoration

We will make high resolution scans of your images and begin the restoration process finding the best techniques to repair and improve your photos.

Step Three - Proofing

An essential part of good photo restoration is working with you to assure accuracy in reproducing the moment captured in the image. You can view the proofs online or we will send them via email. Collaborating with friends and family who may recall details about the image (particularly when colorizing a black-and-white photo) can also be invaluable in rendering an accurate restoration.

Step Three - Printing and Mastering to CD

Once you approve the work you can:

...have images mastered to CD and sent to you.
...have prints made in the size and quantity you like.

Step Four - Payment and Delivery

Before we can process and ship prints and CDs, we must have payment in hand. Do not send payment until you are satisfied with the proof - this is your guarantee that you are happy with the work before you pay.
